Sí es Crassula ovata 'Hummel's Sunset', es verde en el verano, rosa en primavera y otoño, amarillo en invierno. Hay también una forma monstruosa (Hobbit/Gollum) de esta bella crassula que se llama Crassula 'Red Horn Tree'.

This is not Kalanchoe scapigera, it is Kalanchoe farinacea from Socotra. K.scapigera has pale yellow flowers ;-)
