hola! tenía entendido que el morus kagayamae y la morera alba injertada para ser fruitless eran basicamente lo mismo -- hojas verde oscuras lobuladas, crecimiento de las ramas muy en horizontal, y sin fruto. o sea bastante diferente de la morera alba habitual de hoja verde claro acorazonada y de copa mas redonda. lo leido por internet, y lo visto siempre en parques me llevaron a esta conclusion. pero en el catalogo de un vivero que visité hace meses se ve una foto del fruitless con hojas lobuladas, y luego el kagayamae (aqui la foto es de invierno y no se aprecian las hojas..). me podeis ayudar a aclarar el tema? gracias !

PLATANIFOLIA (KAGAYAMAE, BOMBYCIS) A deciduous tree with a horizontal top. Its bright-green leaves are palmate and deeply lobed like those found on plane-trees (Platanus). It produces pinkish-red fruit at the end of spring and summer, which abort if the plant is heavely pruned every year. PLATANIFOLIA FRUITLESS A sterile selection of Morus Platanifolia. Deeply-lobed leaves and upright habit. The bark is smooth and grey-dark-brown coloured. In spring appear abundant, little white flowers on weeping catkins, followed by small fruits that the plant aborts before maturation. In extreme conditions it could be possible that the fruits mature.
