Can anybody recognise this plant? Unfortunately only one photo and no more data except the shrub was bought in a Florida nursery as "native plant". [IMG]

Re: Please help ID plant I would greately appreciate, Luis. This plant has already stumped very knowlegdeable people on two other forums. It would not be as teasing if it was something from a wild place somewhere in Ands but it grows in Europe and it seems to be cultivated at that...

Please help to identify the plant, the pictures were taken Spain, it was said that this medium size bush is quite common in cities parks. The person who took the photos wrote that all these plants were without leaves, just flowers.
